Pre-Sales Lead Generators.

We have two products that you can find qualified leads for (pre-sales) for which you can earn large commissions. ($40/qualified lead + 5% sales bonus commission)

1) Going Public
2) Lending money to a company to go public (Investing).

We charge 75k (US OTC QUOTE - see Pinksheets.com) to 150k (EU and a few other countries) to take a company public plus we get between 2-10% of the stock in the company in addition to the above cash fees.

We have been doing this for 30 years, so we know how to close good leads.

Your bonus commission is 5% of what ever we get (cash and stock). The cash component you get as soon as we get it (If there is a payment plan you get 5% of each payment) and the stock you can get immediately upon issuance or some other arrangement if you prefer.

Our average deal is worth between 500k and 2 million dollars, with probably an average around 1m. So your closes are worth $1,500 to $6,250 cash upon close plus $25k to $100k on the back end.

Time to close. - We have had people close a deal with us immediately after a first meeting of an hour or two, and we have people come back to us a year later and say, Ok I am ready now. Most people who are serious take a week or two to close. Those who close right after an hour meeting have usually some knowledge of going public and just want to meet us before making a decision.

What is a Hot prospect for going public.?
1) Knows what "going public" is and why they want to go public before talking to us.
2) Wants to go public for leverage not just to raise money. (But we do accept those whose interest is just to raise money as long as 3 below is in.)
3) Takes responsibility for his own condition and doesn't expect us to do everything for him. (We build or create a tool for him, he has to play or use it, not us.)
4) Has the money to pay our fees, or has access to money and can raise it quickly - week or two.
5) Is not a criminal or out-ethics.
6) Has an existing business which is making money. (These are the best prospects but we do not evaluate at this time or refuse people because of their business plan - as long as it is ethical- or because it is a start up. We learned a long time ago that the best looking business plans can fail and the least likely can succeed, so if a client is willing to put their money where their mouth is we won't turn them away. [Also this ties into investments as the client (worse case scenario) will make money going public despite his success or lack of it. For his 75k cash investment to go public, even if he fails at achieving his goals, he should get a financial return of at least 500k or so.]

1,2, and 6 are usually not there for most prospects, 4 and 5 are most vital for closing a deal.

Investments -

This is an assistance product. We have a huge deal flow, most of which are companies and business plans that can't afford our services. So here is a product for investors who want a secure investment (can't lose their money), high returns (can make 200% to 1000% returns in two to five years) and they don't have to do anything - we do it all for them.

We simply have an investor pay for a company to go public and the company gets help and a shot at "making it", we get a client and paid, you get a commission, and the investor gets a "high" secured return. It is literally impossible for them to lose their money (but we cannot say that as you ALWAYS have to advise investors that something can go wrong) but the truth is even if an act of GOD happened or fraud was committed we would just put the investor in another deal for free so he could get his money back and make a profit. The only caution is it can take a while to get money back, typically 2-5 years, although we have had some go even longer, so you don't want desperate people trying to make a quick buck or people on a time schedule. This is best suited for the guy who has affluence and is only getting 1% a year return on his money and wants more and can afford to wait for a high return and/or lose it all without dire consequences.

Some investors make a "career" or living out of this investment, investing in taking 4 or more companies public a year or so they start getting returns in a couple of years and it is a continual income from that point, with very little effort on their part as we do all the work.

What is a Hot prospect for Investing in taking a company public.?
1) Has excess money earning low interest rates.
2) Wants a secure "risk free" investment.
3) Does not need "immediate" returns. Our investments can make someone 200%-1000% returns but it will usually be a minimum of one year to perhaps five years before they get their money and profit back. I would say the average is two to three years.
4) Is someone who is responsible for his own condition. We prefer the guy who if something went wrong would confront it, pitch in and help it go right. If we get that kind of guy who is willing to do this, he probably never will have to.

YOUR JOB

You are a pre-qualifer/lead gnerator. You do not have to sell anyone on "going public" or "investing". All you have to do is pre-qualify the person for ability to pay and "interest" real hard, then introduce them to us.

If they are "wanting to go public" a hot lead is someone with the above pre-qualed and they know what "going public" is, have been thinking about it and just are checking us out when we talk to make sure we know what we are doing. [ When you start talking to business men you will find that there are quite a few people who know what it is and have thought about doing it, but just did not know of anyone to help them, or that they could go public with little or no income.]

If they are an "investor" - a hot-lead is pretty much someone as we described above, who is ready to invest and can make their own decisions.
