Looking for paralegals and /or attorneys to do securities documentation. We take companies public and want to start outsourcing the document preparation work.
You will do all the following documents:
1) Company formation (DE and NV) and all corporate documents thereafter until we get company listed on the OTCBB or OTC PINKS.
2) S1 registration - any and all documents to effect a completed S1 registration.
3) 15c211 filing with FINRA - all documentation to get client cleared to be quoted by market maker on the OTC. If you do a good job this is an opportunity for repetitive work as we do 20 - 50 filings a year.
